However, when you attach the pillow around the seat’s headrest and rest your chin on the chin strap, your neck is held upright and snug, allowing you to get some sleep. (I’m one of those people who ends up with neck pain because my neck falls forward which causes pain) I will say the pillow is bulky but rolls up really nicely. But there’s nowhere really to hang it when it’s not in use. But who cares, it helped me sleep well on the flight from London to Sydney and so for me is well worth the money. So comfy and actually means i can get some rest especially if you can find a way to strap it to the back of the headrest in whatever vehicle you're travelling with.
