I’ve been using U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight Pads for extra protection, and they have been very reliable for me. I don’t usually use pads on their own anymore. I mainly use them with a tampon for extra coverage, especially for peace of mind. During heavier flow days or when I don’t fully trust just a tampon, these help a lot. They are thin and comfortable for overnight use, and I like that they don’t feel bulky while still providing good coverage. They stay in place well and feel secure through the night. Love these. I've worn Always most of my and I'm 47, but about 5 years ago I began to notice that I would chafe after wearing. So I began to look for a better less itchy pad. This is probably my most purchased and re-purchased item from Amazon. I found these randomly years ago in store and then the packaging kept changing and I was buying the wrong thing. So, I decided to take a photo of the barcode and see if they were available on Amazon (that must have been like a decade ago) and I have been buying them here every since. The pads are long, they cover me fully and I can sleep in them without leaks, they hold a lot of menstrual blood and I have never been in discomfort from smell or them shifting. They have wings, too, that stay stuck to your underwear. I haven't used any other pads since.
