Very, very easy to make in a bread machine. The taste is great and the body of the bread has a good texture. I have eaten it both cold and warm and the taste is great. Ready to try other products from this brand.

We love this bread! Taste great, super easy to make, super moist! Great value for money as well and the bread is delicious! We have bought this multiple times and go through a bag a week!

They changed the texture And the flavor.
About 4 or 5 years ago. When it was in the pink and yellow bag, it was great. You could put it in your bread maker. And it tasted better than store Bought gluten-free bread.bread. Now it's tough and does not last more than 3 days.

Good alternative for Glutino
Not as good as the old Glutino bread in size, but is a consistent loaf for a celiac. Still pretty expensive compared to a white loaf.
