As is, they're not comfortable to wear all day. But if you get gel pads, they're great. Which is what I did because I think they're such cute shoes. Hope that helps in making your decision.

I would go with the 10. I wear a 9 but need a 9 1/2 in this shoe. I get compliments everytime I wear them.
