Does this gauge cause the valve stem to leak ANY air when testing pressure?

Have tried a couple in the past and had trouble getting an accurate reading due to leakage around stem while testing. Happy to say this pressure gage is a huge improvement and I have no problem getting an accurate and leakless reading. Very happy with this gage!

Is it made in China? If so I will avoid it.

Made in china. The tool worked for several months and then the air line blew out near where it connects to the gauge (it was under about 16 psi when it failed). The device was only used a few times and kept in a box in the shop when not in use . My experience with this gauge is consistent with other products we bought for the farm based on price, that were manufactured in China.

The description states: "highly calibrated accurate to ±1% full scale of 60 psi range" so... it's less accurate than that from 60-100 psi? by how much

This description refers to a different model. This model is specified for full range of 0 to 100 psi

I have the same question - does it have a release valve if you overinflate? Can't someone from the company provide a definitive answer?
