The Chair came fully assembled, works well . You will need help , at least 2 men it’s about 297 lb’s !! They do not carry it into your , we knew that and prepared for that, it’s VERY HEAVY!!!! Measure the opening of your door . That is Very important ! and any thing it could get caught on like a storm door set up etc. So far we are enjoying it. Read the other reviews, and it is alittle rough on the lower back just as some of them said. We put a layer of foam in the lower back area, that helps . Looks very nice, it does take up a lot of space. Which we expected.

Like the slimmer, modern style and color as well as the extra features I have not used... not sure how the voice control works but it was annoying me constantly with listening like Alexa, until I figured out how to turn it off.

Excellent quality, great fit, good comfort, could use a little more padding. Looks great and performs perfect.

Beautiful product arrived on time but the delivery set up took a while. The chair worked great for one week then the rollers had to be replaced. The customer service has been tremendous. But it has been a little over 60 days and we are waiting to enjoy our chair to the fullest! On the lighter note please understand WE and all of the people that come by absolutely LOVE the chair WE just want it to be completely error free. But in this economy I don't think that exists!!
