TheFitLife 7m Stainless Steel Garden Hose Pipe, Non-Kink Metal Water Hose

Lovely garden hose. It's the best I have found around. Cannot get them in the shops here.It's very light, so we have bought at least 3 of these by now and plan to buy more. The pipes are sturdy and there is no leakage. It's great for water pressure, but the nozzle provided with this one has less pressure. However, if you change the nozzle for another one, it will give more pressure. But for now this is sufficient. The pressure is good anyway. And it's compatible with most taps. I really like these hosepipes, because they don't snag, and since I have to water my plants quite far away from my tap, these are wonderful! I bought them because they are very light and easy to pull. I am getting rid of all the horrible rubber pipes I have, as they are bulky and heavy. This is the solution.

I recently bought a cheap 50ft PVC flexible hose with a 7-function spray nozzle. It was awful; it leaked at every connection, with water spraying out everywhere at every point. Needless to say, it was soon returned. Whilst looking for a much better quality one, I came across this one. The reviews were mainly very positive.This hose is excellent, not the slightest leak of water anywhere, including (unlike some other reviews), none from the spray nozzle itself. One reviewer said that the spray nozzle wasn't very good, but he bought it for the hose quality and replaced the nozzle with his own. I can only say that he must have had a very good one. I found the nozzle to be fine and very comfortable to use. With eight patterns that should suit every requirement. The jet reaches the end of my garden. And the valve shut-off lever, much more convenient than a trigger method.Having said that, the quality of the nozzle itself doesn't match up to that of the hose and fittings, which are of excellent quality. I was in Stainless Steel Machine Parts and Fasteners Supply for several years, and the quality of these fittings is top notch, made to very close tolerances and very solid.The hose is heavier than the previous PVC ones that I have had in past. But that isn't a bad thing, it isn't too heavy, and the robustness of the hose far outweighs (no pun intended!) the difference. It doesn't tangle or get kinked.I bought the 22 metre one, and at £53.54, it was more expensive than I would have liked to pay. But having seen and now used it, I am very happy with it. It was honestly worth every penny.I have no pros and cons, overall, I am very pleased with the design and quality. However, there are a couple of areas that they could improve in the manufacture of this product.I would like to see the spray nozzle made to a much higher spec, to match the quality of the fittings and hose.And I would prefer that they had used a much higher corrosion-resistant (and much higher priced!) 316 (A4) Stainless Steel in place of the much lower spec 304 (A2) material (because of this, I will ensure that the hose is brought inside during the winter months).For those two improvements, I would gladly pay more to cover the extra production costs. That would make this the perfect hose.As a footnote, I would also agree with those who said the pressure in this hose is lower than a lot of other hoses, I would say it is around 10% less. I am not looking to use this to clean my patio, and the pressure is enough to serve my gardening needs

After so many punctured hose pipes I decided to try a metal / stainless steel one. I needed a long hose so searched for a 100ft one. Having spent lots of time going through the various brands on Amazon that were 100ft long, there appeared to be one clear winner - this FitLife 100ft metal hose. The main difference between this brand other brands are the ends / connections. These ends are solid robust metal, not plastic like others. They also fit to UK connections without an adapter. There are multiple added washers too which is great. Having done all of the research, bought the hosepipe then used for over a year, it has proved to be 'exactly what it says on the tin'. It is so easy to use, it's not heavy to pull and it moves smoothly without any chance of tangling. It is extremely strong so no issues with punctures. It doesn't leak and there is no damage from the heat of the sun. It is still as good as the day I bought it and I use it most days through spring to autumn. I don't think I'll ever need another hose! It's not often that I find a product that exceeds all expectations but this one has. I'm sure the other stainless steal hosepipes are as strong in terms of punctures, do not tangle and offer smooth use - but the end connections are plastic as far as I can see where this one is rust free metal so will last far longer.

The quality seems very good all round. The gun is the best I've ever had. Like the patterns and how much water comes out is really powerful. The jet is like a pressure washer almost. The trigger at the rear is a lever which I was dubious about, but it just takes a flick of the thumb to turn on and off. Really simple and easy and takes no strength because you don't have to hold anything down.Noticed that the gun end was leaking a little (just a bit running down the hose). Nothing to worry about. Might just be a bit of debris around the rubber seal. They give you a back of spare rubber O rings and seals which I may try. It doesn't take much to make anything leak as I have a really high pressure water system so it's a miracle if there's no leaks in anything I put on it. I even had to buy a PRV for my bathroom as it made the taps make a horrible noise.Time will tell how the steel hose holds up. Once it's full of water it can be a little heavy but it's easy to handle, doesn't get caught up or kink or do the annoying stuff of twisting like PVC ones do, or splitting open like the expandable ones do.As soon as this leaks badly I will be back here to update my review.In winter I will still put it in my shed as frost doesn't like plastic, rubber seals, or even stainless steel (which is not totally immune to rusting)

Love it.I wouldn't go back to a normal hose. It won't kink, it untangles itself when it gets bunched up.The nozzle is excellent, offering multiple useful modes and offers easy flow control.Hose connections are slightly stiffer/tighter than would be expected but they are snug and leak-free.Build quality feels good and solid.Takes a bit of getting used to and it obviously weighs more than a conventional hose but I wouldn't trade it for any other type.

I have given 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received from FitLife. I purchased the 75 foot metal hosepipe which is excellent, it works well, doesn’t kink and stores easily. Unfortunately the trigger leaked quite badly, so I contacted the seller who responded almost immediately with a solution I found acceptable.. The hose I bought is now out of stock so they are sending me a new extendable hose plus universal trigger in the interim, without the need to return the original hose. This is I think excellent service from this small company, Highly recommend the customer supportUpdate Recieved a 50foot extendable hosepipe plus a new trigger which I am pleased to say works perfectly. Fantastic hose. Easy to put on tap and take off. Doesn't kink at all. You must remember to remove all water from hose when finished by turning tap off and leaving spray attachment on. Just a suggestion to manufacturer it would be nice if they could sell a hosepipe holder specifically for this hose. Otherwise well done for the best hose I have ever owned

Es cómoda, no es tan pesada, no se poncha con las piedras o pisotones qué pueda darle, fasil de desenredar, no se dobla, la pistola de aspersión no me gusta tanto porque le quita mucha presión, si no necesitas mucha presión está bien, yo la voy a sustituir

I am surprised by the functionality of this hose. I decided to buy 50ft after trying to pressure wash using my backyard 100ft super heavy garden hose on a roller. Handling a pressure washer with that was so difficult so wanted a smaller hose pipe.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Great built quality. Hose endings are heavy. Looks very good quality- Comes as a great package including hose with nozzle- Water pressure is normal like other hoses. No complaints there- Endings and pipe should be rust-free for long use- Reasonable price for the package- Portable & easy to storeCons:- Don’t see any specific as of now

I hope I can change this from a 3 star to a 5 star review. The bad news - it doesn't kink but it does twist, badly. I can't get it to coil properly on my hanger. I have other steel hoses that loop neatly on a hose hanger. I have tried everything to get this to do the same. No luck!UPDATE: With some more use and carefully winding it on the hose hanger I am now giving this 5 stars. Get it completely extended, use it, drain the hose and twist it as you loop it on the hose hanger.I do like the swivel connections, the large rubber grips that make it easy to connect and disconnect. The pressure is q8ite good and even the nozzle is surprisingly good, no leaks and the jet setting is a concentrated flow that works well for shooting the junk from between my deck boards.I'll try this for a couple of weeks but if it doesn't relax and coil properly, I'll be returning it. It just doesn't look good.UPDATE: With some more use and carefully winding it on the hose hanger I am now giving this 5 stars. This hose is awesome. Super lightweight, easy to move around, connects well. Easy to wind up and doesn’t kink. Buying another one!
