Question 1

I have a fairly small SUV, I’m not good w/ measurements or else I’d just measure my cars roof. Is this compatible w/ a Chevy Trax SUV w/ roof racks?

Accepted Answer

Googling Chevy trap The roof rack is capable of 220 pounds and the carrier bag sat almost in the middle of my traverse so I’d probably be safe in saying it will fit, and for the inexpensiveness of the bag you should be safe with it, just like I said in my review I wasn’t happy with how easy the seam on the zipper pulled away from each other other than that it was great use for my trip

Question 2

Will this bag fit an SUV that has crossbars and no side rails?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this roof bag fits an SUV that has crossbars and no side rails.
You can tie the straps on the crossbars.
Or you can use the included 6 door hook straps to attach under the door's rubber seal gasket.

Question 3

how about the quality? easy to rip?

Accepted Answer

It was a nightmare form the begining until the end! I paied $39.99 for this roof bag, $79.99 with 50% coupon. It promised to be waterproof, but it's 100 percent failure. Despite my best efforts, everything inside was wet. When I finally arrived at my hotel and went to retrieve my belongings, I found a massive rip running through the entire length of the zipper. My wash bag was lost. I'm honestly ashamed to have ever wasted my time and money on it.

Question 4

Can you hear the wind against this while driving?

Accepted Answer

I didn't hear much noise on a 9 hour drive, except when one of the straps excess came loose and flapped until I stopped and fixed it.
