I’ve been using this hair dryer for a while now, and overall it’s a really good product for daily use. It dries hair quite quickly without making it feel overly dry or frizzy, which is a big plus. The heat settings are useful—you can adjust according to your hair type. It’s also lightweight, so it doesn’t feel tiring to hold, especially if you have long or thick hair. One thing I liked is that it’s not too noisy compared to some other dryers. The design is simple and easy to handle.

Such a waste product for the price I have paid. The product was delivered on May 23 with expedited delivery service for which I paid additional charges. However, I was not at home at the time of delivery and personally received the product only on May 25 after returning home. I used the product for the first time on May 26 and found that it was not functioning properly. Despite troubleshooting attempts, the brush does not generate sufficient heat and does not dry hair effectively as advertised. When I contacted customer service regarding this issue on May 27 between approximately 7:45 AM and 8:00 AM IST, I was repeatedly transferred between multiple agents before being connected to an agent named Ismaya. Unfortunately, the interaction with this agent was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Instead of listening to my concerns properly, the agent repeatedly interrupted me, spoke in an aggressive and impatient tone, and stated that I was “not listening,” even when I remained silent and requested clarification. I was only offered a replacement option without any proper explanation, despite clearly explaining that the product itself appeared defective and unsuitable even after troubleshooting. Additionally, when I asked, “Is this how you speak to a customer?” the agent responded with noticeable irritation and dismissive behavior. At one point, I requested her name in order to provide feedback regarding the experience, and shortly afterward she stated, “I will have to hang up the call,” and disconnected the conversation abruptly. I would like to emphasize that the cost of the product (₹2,700 INR) is not the primary concern here. I have been a loyal Amazon customer in both the United States and India for many years, and I have genuinely never experienced such poor customer service behavior from an Amazon representative before. **I respectfully request that this call recording be reviewed, if available, and that appropriate feedback or action be taken regarding the conduct and communication style of the agent involved. Loved the quality it's worth buying

Urban Yog MakeMeeBold 3-in-1 Hot Air Styler is an average product. The design is good and it is easy to use for basic styling. However, the performance is not very powerful. It takes more time to style hair and does not give salon-like results. It works fine for simple use, but expectations should not be too high. Average product. Easy to use but not very powerful. Styling takes time and results are just okay. Overall, it’s an okay product but could be better in terms of performance and results

Packaging was good it was delivered in just 2 days quality of product is very nice sleek and classy design gives a premium look also heat adjustment is impressive but I think it's bit noisy definately worth it
