前腕部に腱鞘炎の痛みがあるので購入。色んな動きをしても、長い時間装着しても前腕部から肘の方向への捲りあげもなくしっかりと前腕部の患部をサポート。耐久性や締めつけ感がどれだけ保つのが分かりませんが、この商品は前腕部のサポートにはいいと思う。

I’ve been doing resistance training for over 40 years now and my joints are starting to suffer at times. A recent injury was to my left elbow which gives pain when extending the arm under resistance. I’ve reduced the weight for some exercises and eliminated others whilst trying to manage this, but I still get some pain. I was sceptical about the claims for this support but thought I would try it and the results are excellent. In most exercises, I’m pain-free. I can even do weighted dips again providing I warm up first. It provides a lot of support but isn’t overly stiff or tight. I like that it covers a good portion of the arm and isn’t just over the elbow. Choosing the size was perhaps my biggest problem but I used the size guide shown in one of the product images. I came out as large which I was sceptical about given I’m around 5’ 9” but the fit is perfect on the joint. I do find the top part of the sleeve a little tight over the bicep, but I would expect this given my training. Despite the slight tightness it’s not uncomfortable and doesn’t hamper my exercise. In all this is excellent value for money and does what it claims to. I would definitely recommend trying it if you suffer from elbow pain.

Love the design, comfy material and hugs the elbow well to keep it warm and toasty during my lifting sessions resulting in no elbow twinges or pains.
