Appears to be good quality and was an exact fit for my 2402. I've had it for almost a full season and there are no issues.

Perfect fit
Old filter had not been replaced in a long time. Now the water flows strong. These filters may be sprayed-off a few times before needing to be replaced. More affordable than ordering from our pool supply.

Works great!
Perfect fit! First time replacing our hottub filter and this one works so well, I honestly can’t believe how well it worked for our hottub! Keeps it nice and clean, will definitely be ordering again

Perfect fit and sprays clean easily
With outdoor hose on jet it looked like new after spraying. The string that allows you to twist it out of its threaded hole was too long, so had to manually twist it out by its body.

Failed in less Than One Month - Customer Service made it Right and they were Great!
While testing the water in my hot tub today I noticed there was no water being pulled into the skimmer thru the filter. I put in the previous filter I had cleaned and the water circulation was fine. I put this filter back in and the same thing happened, no flow was being allowed. It's only been in use about 3 weeks, so it is not dirty. I will not buy again. 02/23/24 - Update: Was contacted and offered a replacment. I agreed and when it arrives I will install and test, then update review. 03/13/24 - Update: Did receive filter and installed. Has been in use for 2 weeks and seems great! I have been real impressed with their attention and customer service. Thanks!
