They do get warm after prolonged use, but I am able to cut my entire dog without any problems or issues. The only reason for not giving out a 5th star is that it does cut him a little odd. It leaves grooves in the hair, where the large tines do not cut completely even, and with his straight hair it takes a day or 2 before they fade away. all in all they work great and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking to just cut back on the amount of shedding or dog hair around their dog or house. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Clippers work great for our market lambs *by T***4 on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on July 27, 2018* Clippers work great for our market lambs. The blades had to be re-sharpened after a couple of shears but for the money you can’t go wrong compared to some other high-end clippers.Updated review: still using clippers and only once or twice a year. Blades don’t hold an edge so consider getting a new set of blades to swap out when they get dull. We are looking at upgrading to a higher quality. Clippers are loud and a little bulky.
