I seem to be making a collection of Ayurvediq Wellness' beautiful matching glass bottles (dark brown to protect the contents from UV light) with their delicate golden tracery on the labels. If the caps were metal rather than plastic they would be perfect. It wold be nice to have them displayed in a row on a shelf! Of course glass bottles are not only lovely to see and nice to touch, they are better for our health than plastic, which can contaminate supplements with micro-particles. They are also better for our world, as after we have emptied them they can be readily re-cycled. These turmeric capsules contain also black pepper for better absorption and, to my great pleasure, ginger. I am finding ginger helps my digestion after meals, and if I can take turmeric and ginger in one capsule, that is great! I have too many supplements to swallow at each meal, one less will lighten the burden a little. We are told to take one to two capsules daily. I will opt for one and so have enough for two months. I love that this supplement is certified as organic by the Soil Association. The ad. says, "No fillers, binders, bulking, anti-caking or flowing agents — just pure active ingredients." This is exactly what I want - and often don't find from other sellers. Vegans will be happy with the vegetable capsule shells. The product originates in the UK.

These Tumeric capsules are so full of fresh natural tumeric. The smell of tumeric proves that it’s natural and fresh. My stomach cramps and bloating are much better and I have no problems with my digestion anymore

This is a pot of 60 capsules of organic turmeric and they also contain organic black pepper and ginger. A good mix for anyone who likes to take turmeric every day. The glass jar is sealed externally but has no internal sealing cap as well. The capsules come out and look good although unusually there was no smell of turmeric about them, or maybe my nose was having an off day. They are easy to swallow. They have an expiry date in 2027. We are often asked about value for money. These are more expensive than some turmeric capsules, but they have the advantage of being made in the UK to organic standards so one might think it is worth the extra outlay.

These capsules are quite large, but their smooth texture makes them very easy to swallow, especially with a sip of water or some food, and you only have to take one per day. They smell and taste of turmeric, which I find pleasant, yet have very little aftertaste. Take when eating a meal to aid your digestion and inflammation. I typically take them with my evening meal and I find they definitely improve my digestion - I no longer suffer from cramping and bloating, and haven’t had any negative effects. As a vegetarian I am also really pleased these capsules are suitable for vegans, and their organic status is fantastic! The resealable glass bottle is robust, easy to open and close, and keeps the tablets dry, fresh, and secure. It’s easy to recycle and means there’s less plastic waste in the environment too. Excellent value!

I really nice combination, but overall, it's a realtively weak supplement. It's 670mg Turmeric, 45mg Ginger root and 10mg black pepper, which is closer to the mild Turmeric supplements. However, all three of these ingredients are great to keep your digestion system healthy so you can't go wrong with it. I think it's also a fairly priced supplement for what it is.
