It works equally well with pods or ground coffee (I took pods with me on my hols for ease) and being able to use hot or cold water is so useful. I often have a flask of hot water but when I don’t I can still make a coffee to kick start my day. It will also be great for camping so I can see I am going to get plenty of use out of it. There are some drips and it is a bit messy but I found using a small microfibres cloth sorted all that out… I stand the machine on the cloth while using the cup (to absorb drips) and then give the whole think a wipe down with the cloth when I’ve finished.
