Let me start by saying I am deep into my 70s. Every morning for 10 plus years I take 900 mg of Saw Palmetto. Never had any problem with urinating until the last week of June, I noticed I was having to go much more often. On June 30 my wife and I went on a weeks vacation. Two and a half hour car ride, I just made it to the condo in time. Now I was having to urinate every 2 hours and it was MUCH harder to go. Went online and researched prostate problems, finally went on Amazon and found this product and the excellent reviews. Placed an order at 8:40 AM. Thank you Amazon Prime, order arrived 3 hours later. Took 3 pills with food and 8 oz. of water as instructed . Day 2, same thing. Day 3, same thing. Day 3 noticed I did not have to go every 2 hours. Each day was better than the day before. After five days I am now only getting up once a night, which is normal for me. (so nice to be able to sleep) This product was a life saver for me, it's so wonderful to feel normal again. I have had no stomach problems as I followed the directions and always took with meals and 8 oz. of water.

I was not expecting much from this product – at least immediately. This review will be candid and self-revealing with the hope that it might help someone else. I am 58 and in relatively good health ( working on my gut :)). However, over the past few months I have been noticing that I tend to wake up more frequently to urinate. Some of this is not that surprising because my son’s soccer practices keep us out late and therefore I tend to eat ( and drink water) late - ( and far too often my dinner ends up being a smoothie). Thus, it doesn’t surprise me that I have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. What was bothersome was the fact that my urine stream was not strong or steady like it is during the day and I would have a weird sensation where I did not have to go until I shifted my body position in bed and it was like fluid released downward and suddenly I had to go ( in other words, I wasn’t waking up because I had to go - I’d wake up -sort of- do a little scan- no need to go, shift position & then it feel like I would release a pinched hose inside & I’d feel the need to go ).. anyway, it was starting to concern me so I looked up things that might help with these types of issues- during my searches, each one of the ingredients in this product came up as supplements that would be helpful so I decided to give it a try WITH VERY FEW EXPECTATIONS ( IF ANY) . Literally, the first night, I woke up once ( instead of 3 or 4 times) and my stream was strong and steady just like during the daytime. That has been the case for the past two nights. Now, I am going to try to stop drinking fluids a few hours before bedtime and see if that helps even more. If this is just a coincidence for a fluke, I will come back on here and adjust my review. At this point, however, it doesn’t seem like a fluke.

The best I have tried so far. I do have one more to try but it doesn’t have one of the best ingredients I prefer (right or wrong preference).

Used product for three weeks and did not work for me. Will continue to use in case more time is needed. Maybe I need a prescription drug.

This may be working to alleviate my prostate symptoms but it causes indigestion with or without the gelatin caps.

75 year old with enlarged prostate been taking supplements for it for 10 plus years I have taken this for couple weeks now 2 daily with breakfast it’s the best I have tried last few nights didn’t get up to pee!!

Very bad on stomach, might be good for those who rat large fatty meals.
