I recently purchased Brieftons 10-Blade Vegetable Spiralizer and it really is a super kitchen gadget. It is easy to use, versatile and easy to store. Because it is manually operated it can be used outside to prepare salads etc so you can still be part of the fun. What a fantastic peice of kit, so easy to use. The E-Cookbooks that you can download for the machine give hundreds of ideas & receipies in very easy to follow format. My grandchildren are now eating vegtables that they would normally refuse to eat.

We had read a fair number of reviews of the various spiralizers so we knew many had significant limitations. We went with this one as it appeared to be the best available for a quite reasonable price. We are happy with our choice. The 7 blade spiralizer is smart, works well and has plenty options with the included blades. The information booklet supplied provides some nice guidance on which blades to use with what. So far we’ve spiralized cucumber, courgette, carrots and potatoes which it manages no problem. The tray with a lid to collect the vegetables is a good size and is fairly easy to store. The suction on the spiralizer is pretty good and has been secure on our wooden kitchen units. The blades swap easily with a nice little storage unit for some of the extra blades. Cleaning is straight forward you just need to be careful of the cutting blades as you would expect.

I absolutely love this spiralizer, it's very well made, sturdy and has a great variety of blades for making noodles and ribbons. So far I've tried it with carrot, sweet potato, courgette and celeriac and it's done a brilliant job with all of them. I've seen a few reviews that said the suction isn't very good but I have to disagree, mine practically welds itself to the worktop and gives a fantastic firm base to work from. I love that there are so many different blades and that they're all labelled for ease of use and can all be stored in the unit for nice, tidy storage. Even better though is the support and after sales care from Brieftons themselves. Not only do they provide downloads for several really useful recipe books, they keep in touch to make sure you're completely happy with the unit and have a website with lots of tutorial videos to help you make the most of it, very impressive! All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little beauty, we're definitely having a spiralizing revival in our house!!

This Spiralizer is amazing! I was hesitant about buying it after reading that some users find it doesn't stick to their worktop but I have had no such problems. It's suction is very strong. It is easy to use. Easy to clean and can be stored away in its box ready for next use. I love the fact 2 blades can be stored safely in the unit itself & the other 2 in the plastic drawer provided. A great safety factor. My food prep time has been cut in half using the unit. As an older person I have weak wrists and fingers but it's so easy to Spiralize using this unit which is very strong and looks like it will last. Coleslaw is made at lightning speed. Beautiful salads of cucumber with baby tomatoes and feta cheese. Carrots in a Dijon vinaigrette. Butternut squash noodles make amazing "nests". Toss lightly in olive oil. Put in a 4 hole Yorkshire pudding tin. Lift out and turn over after 10 mins. Leave a further ten mins then drizzle red pesto over and grate on Parmesan cheese. Yummy! Brieftons salad recipe book provides a great choice of recipes but I purchased "The Big 10 Paleo Spiralizer cookbook from Amazon ( Megan Flynn Peterson) which gives a great variety of recipes for a whole range of vegetables. I also love the fact that Brieftons provide you tube videos on how to use and get the best out of this product. All in all I feel the little extra expense was well worth it, especially as I see Brieftons provide spare parts that can be easily purchased at very reasonable cost. As a now avid Spiralizer I may well need another set of blades quite soon. S thank you Brieftons. I can thoroughly commend this product. Wish I'd bought one sooner!

This is a great addition to the kitchen toolkit. We came to spiralizing etc late. Never tried the pre-bought stuff and didn’t think there would be much point. But spiralized courgette really is a good replacement for spaghetti. It has a similar texture so carries the sauces. But is much lighter to digest. As well as much lower calories, few carbs etc. it’s also quick to prep and cook. The spiralizer is simple to use. It’s light and easy to manage. It has a suction base which fixes it securely to our wood worktop. Loads of blades and is no effort to turn. Storage is good considering the extra blade box is part of it. I will be looking at recipes for other veg and shapes. As I think it is making everything lighter and more digestible. And now if we think to have pasta I will reach for this.

PROS Labour saving Well thought out for storage purposes Compact when put away A good selection of cutting blades Powerful suction on the base Nice range of veggie cuts Ease of pulling apart unit for hand washing/dishwasher Good size plastic container to catch veggie Lid for container good for keeping veggie fresh in fridge CONS Difficult to screw handle on - quite tight not ideal for people with bad wrists Takes more time cleaning this unit (which I find frustrating) unless you have a dishwasher Too many nooks and crannies for water to get into when washing by hand Need a toothbrush to clean blades On first use stained a little of the blade when cutting carrot Juice runs over unit when cutting softer veggie All the nooks and crannies should be refined for those who don't have a dishwasher - could do with enclosing the suction section as water lurks in between and hard to dry off by hand. Some of instructional booklet has tiny unreadable text size 6/7 pt? The downloadable digital recipe book should have links to move to relevant recipe quickly. If you are going to use this product I would recommend doing a job lot to save on the constant handwashing! On the whole if you can put up with the Cons it is a very good piece of equipment

I have not yet used all of the blades, but the ones I have worked very well. I especially like the side handle to hold on to for better leverage when turning the spiralizing handle. The suction to hold the machine is extremely strong. It doesn't move at all. The machine and all of the blades are compact and easy to store. Definitely a great purchase!

OMG I love it! I have no idea what all of the different attachments actually do but I'll have fun finding out. There are many. It's good quality, easy to use and it's transformng the way i eat and helping me to reduce my carb intake.

Il marche très bien, est facile à nettoyer et fait très bien les spaghettis de courgettes. Je ne l'ai pas encore essayé sur d'autres légumes
