Brilliant items, and sooo good during the recent hot spell. I left them in the original plastic wrapping and just put them in the freezer according to the instructions that come with them, and waited. I thought it best to use the bag in case the ice creams with which they shared a drawer, decided to spontaneously leak or something silly :) Anyhow, a couple of hours or so later, I got them out of the freezer and slipped my hot and swollen feet into them. SO easy to pull on despite me being a larger person and with very swollen feet and ankles and so comfortable to wear. I then put up my feet and let the gentle cooling do its trick. Not so cold that you flinch, but after a while you feel the GENTLE cooling sensation and it really does help with pain, swelling and heat on the feet. Left them on about an hour and then returned them to the freezer for another bout just before bed time. Not something I would wander around in, but something to slip into whilst I relax in the evening. And after a time, if you feel the need to wash them, they are so easy to clean, just gently wash them as you would a delicate, after removing the little pads first. Burning feet keeping you awake? Keep a pair of these in the freezer. I actually remove them frozen and transfer to a cool bag when I go to bed and leave them on the floor beside me, ready to slip on when my feet start to burn. Perfect!

These are an absolute godsend for hot, irritable feet! Also perfect to help cool down on hot nights. Only downside is they run rather small size wise for the ice packs.

Great if you want to warm or cool your feet. Work wonders to cool and reduce swelling but equally find them relaxing and soothing warm. Do not try to walk in them when using for two reasons: 1) you will fall as they are soft and slippy 2) you will damage the inserts. Fab little find so feet up :)

FAULTY PRODUCT - DO NOT PURCHASE One of the socks is incorrectly sewn and does not allow the foot to be placed inside (and has been noted in multiple other reviews).

I’ve had so many difficult foot injuries and issues from broken toes to nerve problems and sore feet and this is one of the most convenient purchases I made. So handy and comfortable to ice a part of your body that can be tricky if you also need to elevate etc

Worked well with the socks to help prevent neuropathy during chemo

These are great! I have nerve pain in my feet from a back injury and these are so helpful when I have a flair! I love that the packs are removable and that the foot pack and ankle packs are separate.
