Ahora que llevo tomándola más de un mes, puedo decir , que hay que tener paciencia, que en una semana no va a hacer milagros, pero las recomiendo. Me entra sueño pronto x las noches y me ayuda con los picos de ansiedad. Seguiré tomándola durante bastante más tiempo para ver si mejora mi insomnio, memoria y actividad física. Después de 3 meses tomándola, cambié 1 mes a la ashwandha con Sensoril y magnesio. No me gusta. He vuelto a ésta. Para mí es más efectiva. Espero que me ayude, sobretodo con la ansiedad y la memoria.
