Ten paciencia. Ya llevo 3 meses tomándola. Voy a seguir.
Llevo una semana tomándolo y , de momento, no noto nada. Ahora que llevo tomándola más de un mes, puedo decir , que hay que tener paciencia, que en una semana no va a hacer milagros, pero las recomiendo. Me entra sueño pronto x las noches y me ayuda con los picos de ansiedad. Seguiré tomándola durante bastante más tiempo para ver si mejora mi insomnio, memoria y actividad física. Después de 3 meses tomándola, cambié 1 mes a la ashwandha con Sensoril y magnesio. No me gusta. He vuelto a ésta. Para mí es más efectiva. Espero que me ayude, sobretodo con la ansiedad y la memoria.

Devo dire che il prodotto, su di me, ha avuto un’ottima riuscita. Avevo un grande problema con la regolazione del sonno, non dormivo, mi svegliavo stanchissima. Ero anche molto stressata e nervoso. Dopo una decina di giorni da quando ho iniziato queste pasticche, mi sono iniziata a sentire meglio. La sera dopo le 21 crollo dal sonno e la mattina mi sveglio riposata e carica. Sono anche molto meno stressata e nervosa.
