I am not disappointed. The setup of the receiver is not as straight forward as I wanted it to be. I configured it as a 5.1.2 instead of 7.1. It took a while to figure out how to get the top firing speakers to work in that config. ### ⭐ Very Poor Service - Never buy this product *by S***A on October 30, 2024* I purchased this product. It did not worked ever. It had some intermittent display issue. It would start well but after sometime, it would stop displaying. Sent this to the repair center, they could not reproduce the issue. I tried again after repair, it had same problem. Contacted their support again after several transfer and waiting on hold for hours they said that they can’t do anything and it could be “Environmental Issue” not sure what that means. They can’t refund/ replace.
