Works in seconds
Amazed how quick this gel provides pain relief. Having tried other popular or more expensive products with varied results, this product is far better.

Most effective, but can be difficult to apply.
This Anbesol arrived well packaged and with a long expiry date. I received mine at the end of July 2026 and the expiry is March 2029, which is reassuring. I use this gel mainly because I have a partial denture. Now and then it can rub, or my gums and inner lip get caught when brushing a bit too firmly. Thatโs when this product becomes useful. Iโve found it works best if I first dry the area with a small piece of tissue. Itโs not easy, but it really helps the gel stay in place โ and staying in place is the hardest part. The lidocaine causes a slight numbing effect, which is helpful if the area is already sore. Iโve used this gel for several years and itโs consistently effective, even if it can be tricky to apply. Compared with Bonjela, I find Anbesol works better for me, although Bonjela is easier to spread. Anbesol can clump a little, but once you get it where it needs to be, it does the job. Despite trying both products over the years, I keep coming back to this one because of how effective it can be. The cost is most reasonable.

If youโre reading this and your tooth hurts. Book a dentist appointment asap bruh! These wont do as much besides placebo effect and making you look like an addict putting it on your mouth every 30 mins. Effectiveness isnโt as good, you will still feel toothache.

Very good
Very good value for money and it tackles the root cause of oral and certain skin issues really well. Lidocaine usually doesn't come this cheap and the antiseptics treat potential infections as well.
