Pregnancy victims
These are better than a pill. Taste is still not the best but is easier to digest.

Good benefits for women pregnant and not pregnant
This stuff is good! I feel a difference in when I take it vs don’t take it. It gives me more energy. After a month I noticed it makes hair all over your body grow faster and thicker. I’m talking everywhere ladies lol. Doesn’t taste bad at all. Overall recommend. And it lasts a month if you’re taking correct dosage. Price is up there but it’s a good source of vitamins. Pregnant or not it will deliver results.

I’ve been waiting since March for this to come back in stock
I’ve been waiting for this product to come back in stock since March. I had it in the beginning of my pregnancy and then due to the supply issue, had to switch and haven’t had it in most of my pregnancy. I ordered 2 to last me the last 2 months of my pregnancy and as soon as I opened the seal, it made a hissing noise like there was pressure in the bottle, it smelled fermented almost like a tinge of alcohol. Had no berry smell. I was hesitant to take it, but I did anyway. The consistency was not the same. It tasted nothing like berry whatsoever, and the taste was off and literally burned my throat as it went down. I took it 15 minutes ago and my throat still has a burning sensation. The product is obviously spoiled. It is in the glass container that it normally is, but I noticed another person’s review saying that they have it in a plastic container now so I’m assuming that the glass containers that they sent out are old? And that they are switching to plastic possibly, and that would be the new supply? Just a guess. Either way, I took the 2 tablespoons and regret it, hoping I don’t vomit later. I did call Mary Ruth’s and they are sending me two more bottles but according to the other peoples reviews that I just read, I assume it’s going to be the same lot that Amazon had that is spoiled. This prenatal was the best one. It tasted good, made me feel good and now I’m just really disappointed that they can’t even get their product right for pregnant women. It’s bad enough that they didn’t have the product for 5 months, the product that they do send out after the wait is old and spoiled :(

May cause urgency
This is my first bottle of Mary Ruth’s liquid prenatal vitamins. I’d started getting gaggy with the gummy prenatal I was taking, so I wanted to try liquid. The flavor is not as good as Mary Ruth’s liquid daily multivitamin, but it’s not bad. I don’t mind it! What threw me off was intense urgency for 1-2 hours after taking in the morning. (Like 7 trips to the bathroom) After doing some research, I have found that the probable causes are the high amounts of vitamin B (for reference, my last prenatal had 10% daily value, while these have 100% DV) as well as the fact that it is liquid - so it is absorbed quickly. I was discouraged by this and was worried I’d have to toss it. While it’s not ideal, I’ve found taking it right before bed works for me & I’m not being woken up with urgency.

Natural form of folate, so its easier to digest!
You have to get used to the taste. It's a little shocking at first lol I recommend holding your breath while swallowing and drink some juice afterwards. It is a multivitamin after all and this is currently the only flavor. But other than that... I absolutely love MaryRuth's! It is so convenient and gives me peace of mind knowing it has quality ingredients, and all the vitamins you need before, during, and after pregnancy without having to take several pills a day. A huge plus for me is that it doesn't have iron, which is great for avoiding an upset stomach. I also love that it uses a natural form of folate that's easier for the body to digest compared to standard folic acid. Highly recommend this to any mom-to-be!
