Great but too expensive
Great, if you sadly experience horrendous flooding then these are really good. Really did make me feel more comfortable as I knew I was going to get at least an hour from one! Only issue for me was cost. Think its wrong that they are so expensive when they are needed for peri menopausal, pcos sufferers!

very greatful i have found these on Amazon. I have written to Tampax to ask why they are not available in Europe/UK and was told that their Data/research basically tells them there is no market need. I cannot believe only US women have heavier periods?? Surely in later years most of us suffer from this and need something more. I have gone from having to change the Super version every1 hour to being able to go for 2-3 hours now, which make a big difference if you need to go somewhere obviously! The "pearl" element is means they expand sideways rather than lengthways , which stops as much leakage. Also the applicator is plastic ( not environmentally friendly but..) and means it inserts easily - much better than the paper ones. So if you have a heavy flow and Orange is not enough, deffo give these a go!

A must if you suffer heavy periods
Procey but well worth it. These have saved my sanity from not needing to change every hour! Comfortable and simple to use as expected with Tampax. Ordered here as couldn't find online.

Way more absorbent than Supers.
I was pleased to find these. They are way more absorbent than Supers, which tend to let my flow leak around them. Will buy again.

Perfect Plug
Have a heavy flow that regular tampons can't actually stop, literally have to change a tampon in maybe two hours or less. These ultra ones are the perfect plug!
