Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’d been cool if my dog hadn’t ate it, but it isn’t the companies fault. It’s a solid muzzle😂 Somehow my dog slipped it off of his head, but it could’ve been operator error. In the future I’ll be getting another one for sure.

This is a pretty inexpensive and flimsy muzzle. I didn’t realize when I bought it that it’s intended for greyhounds, so it didn’t fit my Belgian Malinois because it was too short for her snout. It seems easy enough to put on and take off, and I don’t think she would have chewed it, but I gave it to my trainer to see if she could find a new owner.

The muzzle part of this is very nice.. it is soft and pliable but the cloth strap that goes around the head doesn't hold it on very well. It is easy for the dog to get it off just by rubbing it on the fence or the ground.

I use these to keep my dobermans from eating grass, dirt, and who knows what when they are running around in the yard. Easy on and off. I do have heavier muzzles that are harder for them to get off, but these have been sufficient for quick trips out and I have also used when traveling to keep them from eating who knows what in the hotel parking lots and gas stations along the way. I should have had a half inch of space across the muzzle and 1 1\2 inches in depth according to their measurements. However when the muzzle came it squished her and was right at the end of her nose. I thought I could loosen the strap except no, there was no way to loosen the strap. There wasn't even enough depth for her to open her mouth. This might have worked if they'd had an x large size.

This muzzle was a perfect fit. I do wish it had a more adjustable lower jaw fitting, however the one attached was flexible and did not pinch. This was well designed and dis not crowd the eyesight or alignmnet with the bridge of the nose. The rear heas strap was adjustable and made of soft flexiblr bungee material. My whippet cpuld easily drink while wearing this, but not nip or bite. Very easy to use, slip on and off once properly adjusted.

My greyhound needs to be muzzled in the yard when we are not playing with her many stuffy toys, because she thinks she's a goat and will eat grass (also because some of the local wildlife is not as fast as she is). She hated the turnout muzzles I had from my previous greyhounds, which were heavier but somehow easier to break. This style doesn't bother her at all, doesn't need a heavy stool guard added to it to prevent her eating grass, and doesn't break.

I like the light weight and freedom to drink and pant. Problem is my whippet boy gets it off easily so requires additional strap under jaw to tighten near back of jaw. If I left him for 10 minutes I’m sure he would have it chewed even still strapped on but it’s for the dog park where he’s always in sight. Still s great choice muzzle for him.

Fits well

My dogs love this light weight muzzle. The muzzle is easy to put on. It was purchased because it has a closed front plate that prevents the dog from eating things. I have had to make a minor adjustment to the muzzle to make it easier to reward the dog while wearing the muzzle.
