We can only take replacement requests at this time. Please contact us directly if you wish for us to raise a replacement request for you.

**Q: Can its length be altered**
A: Yes (The length can be reduced) This requires the cable to be cut and remade to the connections inside the ceiling rose part of the pendant light. We altered 3 lights, all to the same length and all worked out perfectly.

This is the type of purchase you do for the looks only. If you’re thinking about practicality don’t buy this. I bought it for my breakfast bar and returned it because it looked disgusting after a couple of weeks. The particles of dust and grease from the kitchen got in between the metal and the glass making it look disgusting and extremely dirty. And I don’t even cook much! Cleaning is an impossible task. You can clean the glass on the outside but to clean the inside part you have to disassemble the whole thing. And when you assemble back you spend half an hour trying to align the two parts together. Just a nightmare.
