This set is pretty comprehensive, it comes with balloons, signs, a big scissors and some other decor. The scissors are very sharp so be careful, I got cut with it. Apart from that, it's pretty standard and does the job. I purchased this for a ribbon cutting ceremony for my company's new office space. I was very pleased.

Quedé muy satisfecha con esta compra. El kit trae todo lo necesario para una gran inauguración: globos, listón y tijeras. La calidad de los materiales superó mis expectativas. Las tijeras son resistentes y elegantes, perfectas para el corte de listón, y los globos lucen muy bonitos y profesionales. Lo utilicé para la apertura de mi negocio y ayudó a que el evento se viera mucho más especial y organizado. Todo llegó en excelentes condiciones y fue muy fácil de montar. Sin duda lo recomiendo para cualquier gran opening, inauguración o evento especial.

Bought this in Nov , I was so disappointed. The night before event I was missing the Sash and the ribbons you had to assemble your self - cheap .. I mean cheap product
