Warning do not take this over night lol you will be up out your sleep going to the bath room. I took this at like 10 pm and I was up out of my sleep taking a poo like three times so early am is best. This is the best ever though. I woke up again and was at it again. Definitely buy this, it's easy on the tummy with no cramping.
