My mom has Alzheimers. She loves this. A few years ago, I had previously gotten her a fidget apron that has things you can zip, tie, etc. She didn't really fidget with it much. Admittedly, she probably wasn't in the right stage to use it. The Alzheimers has progressed more now and she definitely uses this fidget "blanket" every day. She likes it and smiles when I hand it to her. I give her the fidget apron thing I got a few years ago and she'll mess with it some, but then she always goes back to this. It's as pictured. It's a hit with my mom and it keeps her occupied.

I bought these for a couple of households at work. I work at a retirement facility and the residents love flipping the pages and either tying, zipping and doing other activities. These residents are in a memory care unit.

My wife has Alzheimer's and I thought this would help. I put it on a small table beside her and to my surprise she started to play with it. It's supposed to help with the anxiety that the patient has. It works.

It is infantile and should not be marketed to adults.
