Review: Great product and customer service! - I purchased these Snailfly crossbars for my 2021 Kia Telluride at substantial savings compared to what I would've paid at the car dealership. They worked great, looked sharp, and were not difficult to install despite the somewhat confusing instruction sheet. I recently went on a trip with the crossbars attached to my car, and inadvertently unlocked the 4 attachment point heavy duty plastic covers with the key, thinking I was locking them on instead, and at the end of the trip I discovered that two of the 4 covers had fallen off and were lost. (The crossbars remained structurally intact, but the system was cosmetically compromised.) I contacted Snailfly through desertcart and asked if I could purchase replacement covers rather than having to replace the entire system, and they immediately responded with a nice email, including pictures of the various parts to make sure they knew what I needed. They then mailed me the two replacement parts free of charge! I was very impressed with the quality of the product, reasonable price, and especially the excellent customer service response to my problem. Snailfly has earned my loyalty in spades!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good roof racks for the price.

These roof racks are surprisingly easy to install and the clamps seem to hold onto the roof rails strongly. The clamps are also coated in rubber so they do not scratch the painted rails. The locks and plastic covers on the outside are fairly cheap feeling, time will tell how long they last. The size is perfect for our 2021 XC40, they fit perfectly. Cross bars are sturdy, hardware is good quality, bolts attaching crossbars on the outside are stainless steel. No wind noise up to 75 mph highway speeds in the position that I mounted them. Overall, for the price, they are a good purchase.
