I'm very satisfied with this bag. I like to buy things that will last, and once I was able to check the bag out in person, I knew it would. They made some really good choices with the zippers and other non-cloth materials. There are no plastic parts whatsoever, and the stitching is well thought out. They did a great job of minimizing weak spots. I generally buy things like this expecting to be a little disappointed, and this time I wasn't. Even more amazing is that the price is fair, IMO. As of June 2025, anyway. I'll be recommending Readywares to anyone looking for something sturdy to carry stuff in, for sure.

Seems great so far. Good construction. Great value for waxed canvas. Unlined so maybe not the most refined but also no softer, weaker lining to begin to shred. Really heavy canvas. I love this thing.

I do not like fussy backpacks with large obvious branding and was looking for something to use everyday. I have been using this bag for a few months and really like it. It does take breaking in because the waxed canvas is so stiff, but I appreciate that it can stand up by itself! It is very roomy inside and my 17 in work laptop just fix inside. I use several organizational pouches and like that this bag has minimal inside pockets (which I find can get in the way when you are stuffing something into your bag). It did very well in a heavy rainstorm - the only issue was the water soaking through the zipper portion. Otherwise, the main zippers are wide & easy to use. I do have an issue with the front and side pockets - it is difficult to use the zipper on the front pocket and to access the front/side pocket because of the stiffness of the bag. I am overall very happy with this bag and I consider it a wonderful find!

I am very happy with the quality of this. I hate the poor quality of nearly everything in this disposable world. I really appreciate things i can buy and get years or decades of use. This bag feels like good quality. Time will tell of course with the stitching. I wear 10oz canvas pants everyday and i would say this bag is made from the advertised 16oz canvas as its significantly thicker. I fully support an American company making a product like this. Leave the cheap junk in china.

This pack won’t be for everybody. If you want lightweight and advanced materials then look for another pack. This things a beast. Tough durable canvas. Tough zippers, tough straps. What’s not to like. Will last a very long time and it looks great. Brilliant backpack.

Bag is very good quality. A little less organizational internal compartments than I use to. But do really like the zipper back outside pocket. Great place to keep your passport wallet extra.
