ITEMS WORKS WELL

Our initial charger that we received did not work. I thought maybe I had ordered a charger that did not go with my insignia dual DVD players. I contacted the company and they worked with me to resolve the issue. With a few emails back and forth I was sent a new charger at no cost. The new charger is perfect and I have had no trouble at all. This was a great company to work with. There were no questions about my integrity and they provided 100% satisfaction, as promised in their description!

Was the same charger for my portable dvds in the car. Better than the original cables it comes with because of the L shape.

Not what I needed. Other than that, it's fine.

Doesn't work

The cord was great after we first got it, but after using it in the car for road trips once a month it quit working on one side. It was only used 4 times before giving out. I was thankful when we first got it till it quit working.

I bought this to replace the power cord to my dual DVD player for the car and didn't try it until now. So it's out of the return window which sucks. It doesn't work. I tried a different cord that I found and the DVD player is still working so it's definitely this cord that doesn't work.

Arrived before date, but it's broken. The tip that goes in the plug is not there. Very disappointed. Will cost more to return it... a real waste...
