Even with long, thick hair you don't need to apply a whole lot. After having blonde hair for years my hair has been very damaged, dry, brittle from all the chemicals and bleach. This is lightweight, non greasy, smells great but not too strong, and works instantly! My hair was so smooth, soft and less frizzy! It detangles great and my hair felt very quenched and hydrated! I would recommend this to anybody in need of nourishment and hydration, and it's worth the price in the long run!
