My main pillow
I sleep in a hammock and this is my main sleeping pillow. I have hEDS and 20 other conditions so my neck needs special support. My skin is reactive but not to this. My neck has to have all around support but not constricting or itchy, or too firm or squeezing or anything. This is safe for every risk. I don’t like the strap, and it doesn’t stay in place, but I have seizures and movement disorders so nothing stays in place. It’s a nice soft grey that’s timeless, and not medical or childish or too specific, a very neutral, “quiet” color. The fabric is ultra soft and doesn’t irritate my MCAS with itching, heat/sweating. It was pricey, but since I use this every night, not as a portable travel pillow I use periodically, it makes it worth it.

Supportive for long flights. A bit hot.
One of the best travel pillows around. Very supportive. It is a bit bulky, but that’s what gives it structure. Perhaps not great for hot sleepers or flights where the air vent isn’t working well.

Very comfortable, but not sturdy..
This was the most heavenly neck pillow I'd ever had. I used it for sleeping every night and slept like a dream. But the after only about 3 months, it tore apart at the back part that cradles the neck because that area is too narrow. This was actually the 2nd one that I bought. The same thing happened with the 1st one. I purchased again in the hope that the 1st one was simply faulty but it turns out to be a design flaw. So disappointed!

Best and coziest neck pillow ever! I even use it in bed to keep away neck strain.
This truly is the softest and best neck pillow ever with a velcro strap to hold it on. I would choose this one over therapeutic traction neck neck straps anytime. It is truly A+++++!!!

Worth the money and very high quality
I bought this pillow after looking at lots of other options and I’m happy with my choice. Pros: -The cover is SUPER soft -The chin strap worked very well (after I figured out how to position it) for keeping my chin from bobbing -The cover is removable and held up super well after washing it (it looks perfect and was easy to put back on) -The back is flush against the seat so your neck is comfortable -I slept much better than usual on flights with this -the red and orange color is very pretty and vibrant Cons -it doesn’t come with any sort of carrying bag or case. I know they sell that separately but I just think it should have that -there’s no Clip on the pillow to attack it to a backpack or suitcase so you kind of have to just shove it in your bag -after wearing it for over 8 hours, my ears did feel sore from being squeezed I was between this one and the one that straps to the seat and I’m personally glad I went with this pillow because I tend to slump down in my seat (allowing my legs to stretch out) so I liked the freedom.

So cozy and easy to fall asleep with on a plane
I've tried several different "highly recommended" neck pillows for travel, and this is the one that has suited me best. I think ultimately it comes down to preference, so if possible, I recommend you try a couple different styles/manufactures to see which one will work best for you. Pros to the Cabeau: -- is cozy and helps me fall asleep on a plane -- easy to wash cover Cons: -- As with all neck pillows of this size/construction, it's bulky even when in it's carry case, and... -- ... you're not supposed to store it long term in its carry case, which means it's bulky to store, and honestly a bit hard to store, since you're not supposed to put it in a scenario where it's getting squished.

Super soft and pal in a pouch.
Super soft and packs into a small pouch to just attach to carry on when traveling by air. Very supportive for the neck. You can clean the fiber as well. Would buy again.

Cheap cheap cheap
I had a rhinoplasty and I needed a good neck pillow not just one for a long flight rather more for the next few months sleep. I found this one and I do sleep comfortably BUT on the back of the neck tore in half. Mind you I paid over $50.00 for this pillow less than a month ago now the price dropped to $30.00 so still expensive for something that tore easily. Will be returning back cheap cheap cheap.

Great neck pillow
This is a great supportive neck pillow for long haul, it’s comfortable and you get a great sleep. On me, it does go quite high so this might not suit everyone, and of course some people might have longer necks .

Not as Good
Not as comfortable as it made out to be. The velcro strap kept scratching my neck and the whole thing was a bit too thick I think and I was not able to tilt my head back...
