(Read this part with a fast pace so you can understand what happened next. It was like digging for treasure) Then chunks of buildup started breaking loose and finally clearing out. I removed the debris, cleaned the urinal gently with vinegar and Dawn (because I wanted science, not chemical warfare), and let the product continue doing what it was clearly engineered to do. Final Thoughts This product works… extremely well l… if you’re treating urine salt and mineral buildup, It restores to full drainage without harsh fumes, damage, or unnecessary expense. Now that the urinal actually drains, I’ve discovered it uses an impressive amount of water… so Brodi, if you’re reading this and feeling generous, I’m more than open to testing an upgraded, eco-friendly replacement urinal you know to save the planet. 😉 Bottom line: If you understand your issue, have patience, and apply logic like an adult from the late 1900s, this product delivers exactly what it claims. Like hooked on phonics this product worked for me!!! And yes… this bathroom is officially the executive washroom now. (Considering I’m the only executive in a 2 person business) PS: I don’t have a before before picture or video but it was really really bad and everything way rusty orange. I run a coworking space. The urinal in our men's bathroom has been the bane of my existence for five years. Was kind of skeptical, but red the reviews, did some research, and boy oh boy this stuff worked great! 14 years of buildup in the urinal gone! I didnt even know what uric acid buildup was until the urinal in my business started slowly draining to the point it was overflowing. I tried snaking and everything. Then came across this product. decided to try it for $30 before calling a plumber. I used a plunger to force most of the water out. Poured this stuff in, let it sit overnight, when I came in next morning, wasn't expecting much, but after pouring hot water into the urinal, it drained sooo fast like it was new! Thanks for making a great product that works. I will be buying this every 4-5 years as a maintenance to pour into the urinal to keep it clean and clear.

Left it sit in the drain for 24 hours and it's clean as a whistle now.

We had a urinal that was slow draining for years and this really helped get rid of hte built up scale. It bubbles up orange and smells. I taped a large garbage sack over it and that helped.

Brodi Crete is something out of a majestic universe where triumphant giants roam the land. Merlin couldnt mix a potion stronger than this potent wondrous substance. Uncle Tony said the pipes were destroyed. Uncle Brodi had different plans. Id bathe in the urinal if it were socially acceptable. Commendable, prestigious, intriguing

For what this product cost it was almost totally worthless. Followed directions to the letter, little or no improvement in urinal draining. Had to call in a plumber who indicated the P-trap was almost totally clogged with salts which the product claims to eliminate. Nice video, garbage product.

Due to very weak flushing, I suspected I had uric acid buildup in my toilet. I first tried DETCO Urinal Salt Remover and the flushing improved...but didn't solve the very weak flushing. Wow...Crete Urinal Drain Cleaner not only worked, but worked fast! My toilet flushes so powerfully now...standing too close to the bowl during flushing will rip off my shirt! Great stuff! Excellent product. Been trying to get rid of marks at the bottom of the toilet pan for a very long time. Tried all sorts of cheaper products but none worked. This was a last punt before getting a new pan. Poured the whole bottle in & left it for 5 hours. A flush & a gentle rub sorted things out.

Very good product, first I think is expansive but just give it a try before calling a plumber, after one use of this my urinal from 99% block down to 10-20% block it work great. Don’t need to call plumber save so much money at the end.

It works better than cheaper drain cleaners if urine has caused an issue. Must contain the right chemicals. I won't hesitate to buy again.
