Not sure on this one
I collect (and use) fountain pens. I have a few Asvine models and always fine them extremely well made and easy to use. However, this one I have found a little difficult to get used to. It writes ok and is a nice looking pen. I find it hard to pinpoint what I find disappointing with the V126, but, it isn't my favorite Asvine. Possibly it's just the pen I received, but, there are better models from this manufacturer in my opinion. EDIT 19/10/25: I’ve been using this fountain pen for a while now and am finding I’m really starting to fully enjoy it now. I’ve restored my rating to 5 stars as this is actually a very good pen. I would now highly recommend it as an inexpensive but excellent pen.

A reliable pen, my personal favourite
The Asvine V126 fountain pen is a pen that I bought for sketching. It has a frosted transparent body that shows the ink level and the mechanism inside. It has a vacuum filling system that draws ink from the bottle and holds a lot of ink. It has an extra fine nib that is smooth and good for sketching, but it has no line variation. It writes well on different papers, but it may leak or burp sometimes. It has a screw-on cap and a clip that are secure and functional. It has a comfortable weight and balance that feels good in the hand. It writes first time every time without any hard start or skipping. I give this pen five out of five stars and I would recommend it to anyone who likes transparent and reliable pens.

Nice writer but build quality not the greatest
This pen has a lovely nib and wrote well out of the box, but the thread for the cap is not great, I find it misses connecting and sticks quite often, I think the machining of the threads eas off. Not bad enough to reject the pen but a lot little disappointing.

Blown away!
This is a lovely pen, I filled it with ink this morning, no mess and it writes beautifully, I'm using Diamine ink and it flows of the nib really smoothly. It has lots of options for filling, vacume, piston, converter, cartridge and eye dropper. It has the EF nib and it's perfect. Worth adding to your collection. I write like a chimp with broken fingers but a good fountain pen makes my hand writing look quite neat. Worth the money.

A lovely, balanced fountain pen, however, I returned mine due to issues with the "EF nib"
This could so easily have been my go-to fountain pen. It's ergonomic, well-balanced, a good weight, lovely to behold & retails at an excellent price. There's also some helpful advice online about to how to get a full ink-fill via its vacuum filling mechanism. Neat. Why then did I return mine? I simply found the EF nib too wet, even when using a drier ink. Not least, the line it produced was more of a Fine-to-Medium. I tried to tweak it, but to no avail. I compared the Asvine V126 EF nib to my Kaweco & Lamy EF nibs, as well as cheaper EF Pilot fountain pens. If I wanted a Fine-to-Medium nib, that's what I would've chosen. But for those who don't mind a wider EF nib even when compared to certain Western brands (let alone Japanese), this fountain pen seems well worth checking out. It may well suit you as it evidently has many others. - One star knocked off for the relatively broad EF nib.

This is my first vacuum filler pen, and so far, I love it. :) It's nice to see a vacuum filler that won't break the bank. Before this, I've preferred to eyedropper my pens, when I could, but vacuum filling is more convenient and far less likely to be messy. Its form is very similar to the Pilot Custom 823, but at a fraction of the price. The nib isn't scratch, but it has just enough bite to let you know you're using a fountain pen instead of a ballpoint or rollerball. I would say the feedback is a little lighter than a well-used pencil. The writing experience itself has been flawless so far. I've had it about a week, and it's never had a false start. As soon as you put pen to paper, it's ready to go, smooth as silk. Right now I'm using blue Iroshizuku ink. The pen seems to like it just fine. It's well-balanced, and doesn't feel heavy in the hand, but it's heavy enough to feel substantial. It's apparently possible to eyedropper the V126, but it involves using O-rings and silicone grease, so I haven't done it. The ink capacity of this pen is such that I wouldn't really feel a need. There's only one thing I can really ding it for: I would've liked a metal clip that was either gold or silver colored. The other colors for this pen have clips that are a bit more elegant than the matte black of this one. That's not enough of an issue that I'd take a point off for it, though.
