I started to learn the guitar many years ago, without much success, if only Justin Sandercoe, his books ( & the internet ) were available then ! This book has many great songs, is easily understood & allows even beginners to play great tunes.The strum patterns for all the songs are included,and even sound like the real thing !!!

These books are great. My first one of this series but I am now sold, and will be collecting the rest. More helpful than any other songbook I've purchased before. The advice is great for beginners and intermediate players

Justin never fails to deliver, both in print and online. His material is easy to follow, well-paced and leads to advanced techniques smoothly - provided you put in some practice of course! I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone learning the guitar, electric or acoustic.

Justin's books are well designed, easy to open and stay open at the page due to the sensible selection of the spiral binding. content is easy to understand and the stuff you really need is easy read at a distance. Beginner level is manageable for me, (a beginner for some time!) Justin includes lots of practical hints on how to play each song. It would be helpful for duffers like me if it could include a chord chart for each song. His choice of songs for these isn't quite to my tastes, which is why it gets 4* not 5*

Excellent songbook as always from Justinguitar, I would suggest getting the beginner guitar songs also which has over 100 songs to learn which will keep you busy for months :)

I wrote a longer review for Justin's Rock Songbook. Justin Sandercoe is a phenomenal free online teacher and his songbooks are brilliant. Highly recommended.

wie alles von Justin: Super! habe angefangen Gitarrenunterricht zu nehmen, aber die Zeit war nicht da um regelmäßig hinzugehen, mit den Songbooks von Justin, den Kusrsen und dem online und utube Angebot geht es hervorragend voran. Etwas Englisch sollte man können, er ist aber wirklich sehr gut zu verstehen.

Exactly what I ordered. Love it

Assez peu satisfait malheureusement car je m'attendais à avoir un véritable livre d'accompagnement en lien avec les vidéos YouTube. Le parallèle n'est malheureusement pas aussi simple. Je ne reconnais par exemple par certains accords entre la vidéo et le livre. Dans d'autres cas, le fingerpicking n'est pas expliqué alors que c'est ce qui fait tout le charme de certains morceaux. Certains plus experts y trouveront sûrement leur bonheur, malheureusement pas moi!
