A repeat buy for me now
I buy this all the time now. It's a healthy, gentle and natural way to keep everything moving and as we get older things can get sluggish! I prefer to use this than anything unnatural. And it's great to have the added benefit of the Omega-3.

FLAVOUR IS DIFFERENT - YOU MAY WANT A DIFFERENT ONE. Review explains!
I have tried a few of their products now, the lemon one is quite gentle and easy to take. It is much more in line with what you might expect. This is a flavour that's different! It's minty, and then almost finishes with a lemon sherbet, with an expected oily texture. It almost left the sensation in the mouth that Vaporub leaves. It's quite fresh, but I find it a bit strange. Mrs R enjoys it, I am a bit more on the fence about this flavour.I would say, this is the riskiest of the flavours I've tried of this brand. It's cool though, it's a bit different! Minty fish oil?DOES NOT TASTE OF FISH AT ALL. So don't worry about that.As I say, a more unusual but interesting flavour. And the more I have had this flavour the more I like it *unlike the first time I tried it when my instinct was to award it 1 star for being so weird*Lasts for 50 days at the recommended dose, 3 months in the fridge, dark place out of sunlight before opening. Glass bottle. Quite easy to open. Hasn't gotten sticky around the lid.Five stars. Seem a great brand.Hope you found the review helpful.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

OK
No issues with the supplement. The taste is fine and the quality also seems fine. Didn't feel any effects though, positive or otherwise. Therefore rating it as average.

Awful taste
Take this review with a pinch of salt because this isn't the type of product you buy to enjoy. It's essentially medicine. It does a job and one which I cannot really confirm whether it is successful or makes any difference.I got the lemon & mint flavour. It is extremely subtle and is overwhelmed by the natural oily taste which both my wife and I almost spat out. It proceeded to repeat on us for several hours after.I am not not recommending it though. If you think you can handle the flavour or have an issue with capsules then it's worth giving a go. I just would have hoped they would have done a better job with the flavour. Surely that's the point of buying this type of product vs an un-flavoured one?

Good quality fish oil for those who have issues with soft gel capsules.
I have tried an awful lot of Omega-3 supplements over the years. This one from Osavi comes in flavoured oil form rather than the more usual capsules. As someone who often struggles with the more common soft gel capsules this format offers significant appeal, as I don't really want to choke while taking my daily Omega-3. The flavouring does a reasonable job of making this more palatable, but it will not avoid that oily mouthfeel, which may put some people off.The key things to look for with regard to the Omega-3 supplements are the levels of EPA and DHA that they contain. Many products seems to represent good value at first glance, but don't actually deliver the level of potential health benefits that you think they might. Ideally, you should be looking for Omega-3 supplements that deliver a daily combined dose of around 1000mg of EPA and DHA .The suggested daily intake of this supplement is 5ml (one teaspoon), which would deliver 400mg EPA and 600mg DHA, so a combined total of 1000mg, which is just what you should be looking for.But how does the cost of this product does not stack up? The bottle contains 250ml, so taking 5ml per day at the current cost of £12.92 equates to a daily cost of about 26p. I have tried and reviewed other very good products on here that also deliver a combined dose of EPA & DHA of 1000mg or more, but that do so with a daily cost of less than that amount - but I have also come across others that cost quite a bit more per day, so this one probably sits somewhere in the mid-range.This is certainly a product that would appeal to me as I would prefer not to have to suffer the traumatic experience of trying to swallow soft gel capsules every day. Although I could get some (but not all) good quality capsules at a lower daily cost than this oil, I would consider this to be a reasonable price and certainly not extortionate.I hope you find these comments helpful.

Excellent Cod Liver Oil - with a truly different flavour
Between our various family members, we take quite a wide range of health supplements and vitamins. We first tried this 100% pure, Norwegian Cod Liver oil as an alternative for the youngest members of the family, who seem to dislike swallowing oil capsules. To my amazement, the children took very easily to swallowing the natural oil instead. We first tried the orange flavoured oil ... which was SO popular that we had to stop the children taking double dosages!I therefore jumped at the chance for us to test this alternative flavour. The "Lemon-Mint" combination has a really unique taste - not at all what one would associate with an oil supplement. It has proved equally popular with the adults and teenagers... but, strangely, not with our youngest children (one described it as tasting like a minty-lemon cough sweet). The unusual flavour aside... this pure Cod Liver Oil from the Norwegian makers 'Osavi' is an excellent Omega 3 supplement which I can thoroughly recommend - but just stick to the Orange flavour if you have young children with taste-buds like mine !

No Taste of Cod Liver Oil so Great.
Cod Liver Oil is good for you. The trouble is that many do not live the taste and the after taste too.If you don't like the taste of Cod Liver Oil, or have trouble with swallowing those big capsules the This Osavi Norwegian Cod Liver Oils gets all that goodness across with no taste of cod liver oil.You ccan get the oil in a variety of flavours. ( The lemon and the orange are excellent BTW).This flavour is a new one for me, not at all unpleasent.Well worth a punt and a try. This makes it an easy way to get those all important benefits without the after taste. The quality is high.Great for kids too.
