Buena calidad, muy grande pero no pesa demasiado

I would never use anything different than bamboo to toss the pizza into the oven. I had disastrous results with metal peels, but bamboo never lets me down. I don't understand why anyone would use anything different than bamboo.As far as the product is concern, it seems of good quality, a little smaller in size (but that's normal with all peels). It has good weight too

Ein auch optisch sehr ansprechender Brot- und Pizzaschieber aus massiven Bambusholz ohne Äste und Knoten. Bambus ist sehr gut für Lebensmittel und -da sehr schnittfest- auch gut als Arbeitsunterlage geeignet. Kann ebenso hervorragend als Servier- und Aufschnittplatte verwendet werden.Leider ist dieser Schieber mit 12 mm etwas dick ausgefallen. ich habe ihn jedoch mit der Dickte auf 9 mm abgehobelt und die unschöne eckige Vorderkante zu einem Kreisabschnitt abgeschliffen.

Très pratique et facile à utiliser mais quelle taille ! Elle est gigantesque, on ne s'y attendait pas. Néanmoins, elle est de très belle qualité et fait le job.
