How wide are the spatulas?

They are standard artists spatula width. I recommend going with a better brand, like Blick, as these aren’t truly stainless steel, cheap and don’t flex. You pay postage and you can have my old set for free. Ken

Is this a Chinese product/brand ?

I dont know but they fell apart first time i used them

Can this safe to use on food, I needs one of this small spatula for cake other for painting.

Thanks for asking. Those painting knives are safe for painting but I don't think they safe enough for food. So we don't recommend it for your cake.

Would these be good enough for simply separating watercolor paper from the pad?

I'm not sure I fully understand your question, since I'm not a painter, but they are really thin so I think it would work. Hope this helps!
