No this is for 1S brushed builds only. You can print a nfe boss and use 8 or 8.5mm motors and it will rip!

Can you also use this inside the eye -- or is it only for external use on the lids?

This product is similar to essential oils and it's intended for use on the eyelids and skin around the eyes. If you drop it directly into your eyes, it might cause some blur. And if it gets into your eye, just rinse it with clean water.
