Armitron Sport Men's Digital Chronograph Nylon Strap Watch, 40/8291

Quite simply a decent digital work watch for under £14.00. I have another watch from Armitron that is a nod to the watches i wanted as a child, the quality of this watch made me think i need to look deeper into this watch maker and following some video reviews as well as learning a little of there history i decided to pull the trigger as it were and buy one. My first impresions of this Armitron watch are as follows. The display is very clear with time and date displayed as well as a dual time zone. due to the dual layered NAto style strap the watch is quite a thick chunk on the wrist however the overall size is not overly large. Yes the casing is plastic as is the crystal covering the display. The Nato style strap has a velco type fixing making versatile for a range of wrist sizes this feels fairly decent, however time will tell as this watch will get a fair amount of wrist as a work day beater. The night light is perfect this is as good as some more pricier watches from other manufaturers. The casing has quite a rugged look and feel reminicent of the higher end of another famous name. Quite honestly i think this is a great watch for the price, east to read, looks good and is comfortable to wear.

I was unaware of the brand Armitron and was sceptical of a lesser known name. I purchased this was from Amazon warehouse for less than £10 so thought it was worth a punt. I am pleasantly surprised by the watch for the right reasons. Aesthetically it's great, nice blue and black dual tone with a clear LCD display and excellent night illumination. The strap is a nato style and is very comfortable and causes no rubbing or irritation. The watch has all the usual features like an alarm, option of hourly tone beep, stop watch etc. The 100m water resistance is also a huge plus for such a modest price, even leading brands are on most occasions only offering 50m resistance for a much higher price tag. The watch it's self is a good size, I was worried it would be to small and feminine but it's Just right. A good size to be clear and rugged but not bulky like a G Shock. Set up was easy to adjust time etc, there's instructions provided but I didn't bother. I just faffed about for 5 minutes until I worked it out. For the very fair price tag it really is a remarkable watch. Happy to recommend!

Great value Perfect for work

I have picked up a variety of cheaper watches recently but none of them come close to this time piece! A good quality, solidly made, 80s feeling digital sports watch. Comes complete with Standard Time and Calendar, including Hours Minutes and Seconds as well as Month and Day of the Week. It has Alarm Function with a Buzzer, a backlight, an hourly chime and a second time zone. And its Water Resistant! It has a stop watch! I'm blown away by what you get for the price and its an attractive sports watch and I like the Velcro Watchband that beats todays Apple Watch styling bands. If you need a good simple chronograph with some fun functions - This is the best for the price range. Grab one before its gone.!

I have bought this watch for my outdoor activities and since then this watch has never failed to impress me. Let's start the review. Case Design: It has rugged Resin case which looks good and quality of resin is great for thr price. Button: Buttons are rather soft in touch and easy to push. Case has been such designed that button do not get pushed accidentally. Velcro Strap: The quality of strap is amazing. You can adjust the watch according to your wrist size. LCD Display: Digits are much bigger and legibility is no issue. You can read time from different angles comfortably. Electro Luminance: This watch has a unique feature. When you push the EL button, only the digits on the LCD screen glows and rest of the screen glows in less bright colour. Overall, I am quite happy with the packaging and value of this watch. I would recommend this watch for everyone who wants a rough & tough watch for around Rs. 2000.

Perfect watch

No puedo decir mucho: por el precio, es un buen reloj. No parece un reloj de bazar, y tiene funciones básicas, pero está muy bien. Lo compré porque voy a entrar a un trabajo donde seguramente me estén zarandeando mucho y acabe embadurnado en barro cinco de los siete días de la semana, además de la impermeabilidad (al ducharme no ha habido ningún problema; queda probar con el buceo).
