The media could not be loaded. They are easy to assemble and look very smart.These work very well for keeping food hot or cold.They come with everything except the fuel, you need to research which fuel is best for you and buy that.My only complaint is the fact that there are absolutely no instructions.It is simple to put together but there could be some confusion if you are not careful.This set is solid and sturdy and pretty and functional. What more could you want?

I'm so glad I ignored the negative reviews. This chafing dish was exactly as pictured and even with no instructions I had it together in less than 20 min. There were extra screws included and no problems at all. It is strong and sturdy and was beautiful on the table. You can't beat the price...just get it!!!

We just got this in the mail and I assembled immediately. It's nice and sturdy and relatively easy to put together. It's nice that they include a couple extra screws too as I lost one almost immediately. D'Oh!Can't wait to use it for our next dinner party!

I've used this set many times for gatherings. I am very satisfied with it. Solid construction. The pans aren't thin. The only problem I have is there is no attachment to hold the lid when this is open. While someone else's in a different brand that I occasionally borrow for bigger gatherings has a place to hold the lid. The cover for the fuel on this is showing some discoloration from the heat. Besides that everything else is good. I like it.

Very easy to put together. We used it to host a small gathering and we loved it. Keeps food hot and so easy to clean! Looks very nice and elegant for our dinner gathering.

This is a nice, elegant chaffing dish set. The product did not come with instructions. But after looking at the pieces, it wasn’t that hard to figure out.

Very unhappy with these chaffing dishes. Both arrived damaged. The unit that holds the container for the water and the dish came lopsided… the top cover on the 2nd dish had several dents. Needed them for a diner party this weekend so I could not return. Used them and will de dumping them. Very very bad quality. Very dissatisfied
