Whats the manufacture date on the package and also the expiry date

Strange question but believe it or not but I still have this! Mine was manufactured in 21/05/2016 and the best before is 21/05/2018. Should I throw it out?

Whats the best way to add in the flavouring? Before mincing or after? Do i dilute it in water or add dry?

After mincing, and can be sprinkled dry. There are loads of examples on YouTube

How many grams of the farmstay boerewors long life spice must i use for 1 kg of meat?

Hi, If my memory serves me there are mixing quantities on the pack. I think it is 30kg meat to 2kg water and 1.1kg (a pack) of spice therefore approx 27g per KG meat
