Universal Garage Door Opener Remote for Chamberlain LiftMaster Craftsman

​I bought these remotes for my LiftMaster garage door opener and couldn't be happier. The instructions provided were very clear and specifically laid out the exact steps you need to take based on the color of your opener's "learn" button. This made the programming process incredibly easy, and I had them synced up in a few minutes. ​A great bonus was that the package included an extra battery, which is always appreciated. These remotes have worked flawlessly every time so far, with a range that matches my original hardware. I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for reliable replacement or extra remotes.

Works as advertised. Easy to program and no issues!

Remote Works. Easiest way to program the remote is Google search the Model Number of remote you are replacing with the Brand of garage door opener that you have. I went to Liftmaster website. Searched on 893LM remote control. Watched the video tried several methods until I found the method that worked.

I down-graded one star because of difficulty programming the openers. They should come with a u-tube instructional programming video. There was some initial confusion whether "garage door opener" refers to the mechanical device itself that is near the ceiling or the button on the wall that is pushed to open the garage door. Once I perched on a ladder and opened the access door to our garage door opener and repeatedly followed the sequence, the openers finally worked. The directions don't specify how close the openers need to be in order to "learn" the access code, nor do they indicate how long to hold down the various buttons. Once programmed, they worked great with our Raynor/Chamberlain system and are very affordable!

I have had these for a while and I’m very happy with them. They’re nice and slim but sturdy. They were easy to program and I was able to replace the one that was broken and the other one I used for my other car.

They work as advertised!

Purchased as replacements to use with a mix of older Chamberlain and LIftMaster garage door openers. Was looking for "universal" models that would work with different openers. The directions were short and simple and I had no issues configuring the remotes to work 3 different garage doors, all with different brands and models of openers. Very happy the remotes use the common CR2032 battery. It seems many remotes do, but I'm often baffled by the variety of devices that use other sizes of lithium coin batteries. It would be nice if manufacturers would settle on using the CR2032 across their product lines since they are the most widely used and available of those types of batteries. Build quality seems a bit on the flimsy side, but the remotes aren't likely to get abused and hopefully will hold up well. So far so good, and a very good value for the very reasonable price.

Perfect replacement and easy to program just follow instruction found on the internet

Very nice units. Come with batteries installed plus a spare. We have an older Chamberlin opener (1992 / 93) and the instructions were perfect. Almost took me longer to get the step ladder out than it did to program both remotes. The units are much smaller and thinner than the original ones we had. They also come with clips that allow you to put them on the sun visor. Range is even better than the original. I have no issue recommending these.
