This a very durable plastic, I placed it last year and decided to wait on reviewing it until it went threw at least 2 seasons (fall, winter, and tornado like winds) and it has held up excellent. It is still attached to the wood and none of the screws are loose and the plastic is still in excellent shape. My neighbor replaced theirs at the same time with a different brand it blew apart in a storm. Our mailbox sit together and mine is on the end. I recommend this to anyone looking for replacement or a 1st time mailbox. The size is perfect for receiving larger envelopes and items otherwise that would have been left on your porch.

I had to replace my mailbox. I went to lowe and home depot. The price was above what I wanted to spend. Color was good, easy to Install, it made it through the winter and the plastic is still holding up. The cost of this mailbox was worth it.

This thing was hit full force by a falling tree. Slightly caved in and put a small crack down the side. Popped the top back up and put a piece of tape on the crack and still using it.

Great value strong plastic mailbox easy to install

For the price, good construction and looks nice. The door doesn’t close well so my mailman speeding along doesn’t get it completely closed and then the door opens in the rain and my mail is wet. I’m living with it but you have to be intentional about closing the door.
