I'm a 38c (according to uk bra charts) but the size guide that accompanies this item states i'm a 42d. which size do i get?

I find these come up small, in ordinary bras I buy 34D, but in these I need 36D, which gives me very good support. I hope that this helps

The general rule for a great fit with this bra is up a band size and down a cup size so I would say 36G - obviously everyone is different but this has worked for me.

Is it difficult to put on and take off

Yes, very, at least I’ve found it so. It’s the overhead reach to close the top clasp that I have found more or less impossible. I managed to put it on once (and only once). The Multisports model from the same makers is much better in this respect, two sets of hooks which you can close at the front, twiddle round and then wangle your arms through.

I have got heavy boobs and my M&S bra size is 34F but not sure which one to pick it up in Shock Absorber.. Pls advise

I wear the same size as my bra and find it just right. It supports well. Can be adjusted to you tighter or looser, higher or lower. Stays adjusted and done up. Excellent comfort and fit.
