This was a great idea! After months of digging hair out of the tub drain with one of those long bendy barbed things I started looking for a quality hair catcher. Problem was that our tub plug does not come out and isn't flush with the tub. I tried other drain hair catchers, but stopped once I bought this! The amount of hair that is not going down the drain now is amazing! Hair (and other debris) stops around the base of the catcher and you can easily pull it off to clean it. It also doesn't move around once you sit it where you want it. The color doesn't clash with any colors in my bathroom, I particularly like the little silver cap on top - but that is just because I like the stainless look. I bought this specifically for one bathroom but it works in either one, and they do have different set ups. Oh, and you can collapse it to store it if you want, but I just leave it in the shower in a mesh bag that hangs from the curtain. The only con (technically) to the whole thing is that when you take a shower it does make the water drain slower but I feel that is to be expected. I turned that into a good thing by using the built up water to rinse my razor. Overall - this is saving me time and money and to me, that is worth it!

Currently using this for my toe-touch drain plug. It can collapse relatively flat if you need it to, and works well with the plug I have. My only complaint is that I wish there were suction cups to keep it completely still but it works fine regardless. The water WILL drain slower if you use this, but that's normal, and it catches hairs really well. Since it's silicone, it is also pretty easy to clean.

This drain hair catcher works really well and fits nicely in my bathtub drain. It catches hair effectively while still allowing the water to drain without any problem. I like that it is simple, easy to remove, and easy to clean after each shower. Overall, it is a small but very useful product, and I would definitely recommend it.

This does a good job catching hair but if your scrubbing dead skin off of you the residue gets stuck in the holes clogging it up. You then have to take the thing out and clean it to get the dead skin residue out. I guess this is a catch 22 because if the holes were any bigger then hair would get through.

I’ve been using this for around a month now since my tub drain is just a hole and I didn’t really enjoy staring at it and a lot of hair could get caught in it. This is great when you need to catch hair and this won’t slip out of place. It’s very easy to clean since it’s silicone, I’d recommend to wait for everything to dry to make it easier to clean up. However, for awhile I thought my pipe was clogged since my tub would not drain properly, I did a whole bunch of things to clear out my pipes and nothing worked, until I realized that it was this hair catcher that was causing the issue. It allows basically little to no water flow, especially in an older building where water flow can already be slow enough. I’m currently in the process of finding another catcher of some sort due to this having really poor water flow and trapping a lot of water in the tub. Would I recommend? I’m not really sure, it does its job amazingly, however I did spend a month trying to fix my slow drain to realize that the issue was this catcher, so take that as you wish.

Was looking for a large hair catcher and this does the trick. Water takes a little longer to drain away but small price to pay for capturing the hair

As a drain cover, this product is stable, light weight, stays in place and is easy to clean. I use this cover when I dry shave and while it catches the longer beard hair, it lets the shorter moustache hair pass through. Consequently, I'm considering using a fine-mesh tea strainer - in conjunction with this device - to see if I can stop all the hair going down my drain. In terms of delivery, the product arrived early and customer service was prompt.
