Excellent product, excellent service, great value.
Excellent product and excellent service. Received within 24 hours of ordering. The T4 Fluorescent tube is exactly what I needed. Most of the DIY stores and stockist have the T5 fluorescent tube with the T4 usually not available. So really pleased to get it and to get it so quickly and at such great value. The price is really good for a top class product. Highly recommend.

Tube arrived on time and was excellently packaged. Also the correct length @ 353mm pin to pin.Previous tubes arrived but were 350mm pin to pin. Size matters!

Great product but poor delivery by Amazon!!
The product is great , good price work fine . The only issue I have is with Amazon who delivered a day later than promised even though the tracker said it was out for delivery , as I subscribe to prime this is unacceptable !.

Lasted just a few months.
I have 5 Eterna Link&Light strip-lights under my kitchen cabinets and have never had a problem with any of them or any replacements tubes. T4 tubes have an average lifespan of 10,000 hours. They should last years before replacing. When one of mine reached the end of its life, I bought two of these Leyton tubes on Amazon from seller "My Green Lighting". The tube flickered from the moment I fitted it. It failed within 3 months. I contacted My Green Lighting who were completely dis-interested and said as T4 tubes were discontinued 6 years ago, it "must be my old fitting" and therefore couldn't offer any guarantee. In terms of the Sale Of Goods Act, I'd say this is very questionable. I fitted the other spare tube. No flickering, works fine. It's astonishing that a company could have such an appalling customer ethic and be so completely dismissive without any investigation whatsoever. All goods sold must be of merchantable quality and last a reasonable amount of time - that is the law. As far as My Green Lighting were concerned, it couldn't possibly be a faulty tube (!?) and yet they had no evidence to suggest otherwise. Go ahead and buy the tubes, I'm sure most of them are fine ...but avoid My Green Lighting.
