Review: LID Error After 2 Years but Decent Customer Support - Good product and supportive customer service We have been using the AGARO Imperial Electric Pressure Cooker (6 litres) for around 2 years. The cooker is very useful for daily cooking. The preset modes are convenient and the capacity is good for a family. Overall, the product worked well for us during regular use. After about 2 years of usage, we started getting a “LID” error and the cooker stopped working. We contacted customer care, and Payel Ghosh from the support team helped us through the replacement process. The cooker was replaced by the customer care team after we paid ₹4,500 for the replacement. The process was handled properly and the service was decent and responsive. Overall, the product is good and the after-sales service support was satisfactory.

Good product and supportive customer service We have been using the AGARO Imperial Electric Pressure Cooker (6 litres) for around 2 years. The cooker is very useful for daily cooking. The preset modes are convenient and the capacity is good for a family. Overall, the product worked well for us during regular use. After about 2 years of usage, we started getting a “LID” error and the cooker stopped working. We contacted customer care, and Payel Ghosh from the support team helped us through the replacement process. The cooker was replaced by the customer care team after we paid ₹4,500 for the replacement. The process was handled properly and the service was decent and responsive. Overall, the product is good and the after-sales service support was satisfactory.
