I have been using this Boka toothpaste and have been really pleased with it so far. I wanted to try a fluoride-free toothpaste with nano hydroxyapatite, and this one has been easy to incorporate into my normal brushing routine. The texture is smooth and it spreads easily across the teeth without feeling overly thick or abrasive. The Ela Mint flavour is one of the things I particularly like. It gives a clean, fresh feeling after brushing but isn't as strong or intense as some traditional mint toothpastes. This makes it pleasant to use in the morning and before bed, especially if you prefer a milder flavour. I also appreciate the straightforward formula. It doesn't contain sulfates or parabens, and the vegan formulation is another positive for me. The 113g tube is a good size for everyday use and the packaging is simple and easy to handle. I've found it comfortable to use on my teeth and gums, including when my teeth have felt a little sensitive. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed without the strong burning sensation that some toothpastes can have. The smooth consistency also makes it easy to rinse away after brushing. I am very happy with this Boka toothpaste. I like the mild flavour, smooth texture and gentle feel, and it has been an enjoyable change from stronger mint toothpastes. Love this toothpaste, the dentist tried to put me of of purchasing it,but i can see the difference ,ive been using it for over 2 weeks,prior to boka i used marvis whitening but it made my gums really sore,so i asked my dental hygienist freind who recommended boka, it tastes mild,and really does leave teeth clean,remember not to rinse or use mouthwash or eat and drink for half and hour otherwise it doesnt work as it should. Just spit,leave the rest to do its magic.There is clinical evidence that it helps with the strength of teeth and gums mine are no longer tender, no more sensitivity when i eat or drink,no matter the temperature, this took about a week to achieve with the sensitivity. i had some cracks just visible,i no longer have them,dont let the dentists dictate to you,they want you to keep coming back to them,and buy the rubbish that they endorse and charge you stupid prices for. Yes boka isn't cheap,in my opinion it is worth it.

I've tried a few nano hydroxyapatite toothpastes and this is probably my favourite. It leaves my teeth feeling really clean, has a pleasant mint flavour that's not too strong, and it's been great for my sensitive teeth. I also like that it's free from fluoride, sulfates and parabens. The only downside is the price, as it's definitely more expensive than regular toothpaste. That said, I still keep buying it because I think it's worth it.

I did quite a lot of research before purchasing this. I was specifically looking into nano-hydroxyapatite as a fluoride alternative, as it mirrors the mineral structure of tooth enamel and is often discussed in dental research for enamel support. I currently use this in the morning and a fluoride toothpaste at night. I prefer this combination approach rather than choosing one exclusively. In terms of cleaning effectiveness, it performs very well. My teeth feel smooth and properly clean after brushing — not just fresh on the surface. It removes buildup effectively without feeling harsh. Regarding pain relief and sensitivity: this does not give an immediate numbing or desensitising effect in the way some sensitivity toothpastes (like potassium nitrate-based formulas) can. However, since switching, I haven’t experienced increased sensitivity, and my teeth feel stable and comfortable. For me, it seems to support long-term maintenance rather than providing instant pain relief. One thing I particularly like is that it doesn’t leave a gritty or chalky feeling in the mouth. The texture is smooth, slightly creamy, and comfortable. It could spread slightly more easily across the teeth, and I personally wouldn’t mind a bit more foam. However, I understand that lower-foaming formulas often avoid stronger surfactants, which may be intentional in a gentler formulation. The Mild Ela Mint flavour is subtle and not overpowering. There isn’t a strong mint burn or lingering artificial smell, but my breath still feels fresh afterwards in a clean, neutral way rather than a heavily perfumed way. Colour-wise, it’s a neutral white, which I prefer over coloured gels. The 113g size is generous and lasts well with twice-daily use. Ingredient-wise, I appreciate that it’s fluoride-free, sulfate-free, vegan, and formulated around nano-hydroxyapatite rather than just cosmetic freshness. Overall, it feels like a well-researched and effective option for ongoing enamel support and daily care.

Not a fan of the taste of this mint toothpaste. But that’s obviously personal taste, it’s less agressive than standard Colgate or any other brand toothpastes that are nano hydroxyapatite, but I it’s still strong and tastes chemically if that’s possible? I expected a more neutral or subtle taste but I guess I should have gone for a different flavour. In terms of effectiveness I haven’t noticed a difference, but I am sure it “does what it says on the tin”, and having only used one tube I don’t expect to have drastic results already. I won’t be re-buying this flavour but I will continue with hydroxyapatite toothpaste as I do feel I am able to drink and eat quicker after brushing my teeth without having the terrible test and change in tastebuds you get when using regular high street brands.

The mint flavor is really refreshing and it keeps your teeth clean all day reasonable price to considering how long it lasts

This product actually works! I used it for 2 months straight and it reduced sensitivity in my teeth. It’s my 2nd time purchasing this item and It’s a bit pricy, but I will definitely continue to buy as it works for me 👍
